Please join me for my fourth annual Summer Yoga & Wellness Retreat! This time we will be resting and recharging in the Western Catskill Mountains atop a beautiful hill at the peaceful Heathen Hill Retreat Center.
Friday May 31- Sunday June 2, 2019.
Restore and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit with daily yoga in the fully equipped Yoga Room. Refresh your senses during the morning walking meditation in the Labyrinth. There is also a Meditation Deck (and a hot tub to soak in under the stars). Nourish your belly and body with delicious, mostly vegetarian freshly prepared meals.
The structure is relaxed and centered around daily meditation & yoga with plenty of free time in between. Disconnect from your daily life routines and come back to your Self! Jump in the swimming hole, play badminton, hula hoops or horseshoes. Take a hike, take a nap, do some fishing, reading, journaling, sketching. Stare into space, or look for deer, wild turkey and pea hens.
