Set your intentions for cultivating more security, more creativity, more joy, or more of whatever it is you want to feel this year!
You can set intentions anytime! The New Year is a very common time of course, with lots of people riding the collective wave of intention setting energy, but it's not the only time. Many people set monthly intentions throughout the year, in tune with the New Moon. If the whole of January got away from you and you haven't yet officially formulated what you want to focus your energy on this year, but you know want to, then this workshop is for you!
The workshop will start with a slow-flow yoga sequence to get you centered in your body. Followed by a guided meditation to open up your inner wisdom. And then a writing prompt will lead you through first letting go of things from 2016 (or even from the past 9 years) and then help you set 10 new intentions for this year, with action points for manifesting each one. Yes, you will spend a good amount of time writing or drawing the intentions you want to bring forth for 2017.
You must bring a yoga mat with you, and of course your writing stuff, including colorful, inspiring markers or whatever you like to use.
