Exercise your body and mind in Brooklyn’s backyard, Prospect Park! Doing yoga outside replenishes depleted energy as you breathe fresh oxygen, and not stale indoor air. It builds your confidence by challenging you to practice in a new environment that might be uneven, bumpy with twigs or has chipmunks or dogs scampering nearby. It heightens your awareness and connects you to the natural world as your ears hear bird calls and your eyes take the colors of the trees and the sky. And it’s simply beautiful outside, which is inspiring to us all.
Weekly classes for all levels and body types. Bring your mat.
